2002 -- The Colorado Organization for Victim Assistance named TESSA "Outstanding Victim Services Program" in Colorado
2002 – Henry McAllister Award for Special Projects, El Pomar Foundation
2003 – Award for Excellence, El Pomar Foundation
2004 – City of Colorado Springs Community Development Block Grant, Excellence in Human Services Award
2007 – Ally of the Year Award, Pikes Peak Gay & Lesbian Community Center
