Needed Items for our Holiday Shoppe
Our Annual Holiday Shoppe is back! This December, we hope to provide a free shopping experience for our clients who have experienced domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking and/or human trafficking living within El Paso County. We need your help to make this holiday a memberable one for them and their kiddos.
Please email Christine Miller at: [email protected] to schedule a donation drop-off.
Thank you for your generosity!
All Holiday Shoppe items need to be received no later than Friday, December 1, 2023.
Needed Items for our clients
Imagine having to flee your home right now in order to protect yourself and/or your children. What could you grab on the way out the door without wasting a second? Probably not much. Most of the more than 900 women and children who find safe shelter in our Safehouse arrive with very little.
*Due to limited storage, we will only accept items that are NEW*
-AT THIS TIME WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING HAND SANITIZER-
Needed Support for all Survivors
Accessibility to support services for survivors is paramount and for those ready to start new lives, the simplest things can mean the most. You can give someone the opportunity to get life-changing help or change their life.
While we prefer to be thought of as a high-impact agency, they don't call us nonprofit for nothin'. Prefer to donate your time and skills? Then let's talk! We've been the grateful recipients of many services over the years, services that can be the difference between money spent on things and money spent on survivors. Here are a few ideas, but we'd love to hear what you have in mind whether it's listed below or not:
• Interior Painting
• Printing of Informational/Educational Materials
• Handyman Projects
• Sponsor a Donation Drive
TESSA is continually looking for partners in the community to help us with current and ongoing needs. If you, your business, or a group you are a part of feel inclined to give to TESSA, please reach out! We’d love to partner with you.
