At TESSA, our advocates are here to listen, believe, and stand alongside survivors. Whether reaching out through our 24/7 Safeline or visiting our main office, survivors in El Paso, Teller, and Douglas counties (including rural communities) receive compassionate support to regain safety, stability, and hope.

We help individuals:

  • Explore Options – understand available services, resources, and next steps.

  • Create Personalized Safety Plans – tailored strategies to stay safe at home, work, and in the community.

  • Access Legal Support – guidance and assistance with Temporary Protection Orders (TPOs) and navigating the justice system.

  • Connect to Resources – referrals to mental health resources, medical care, secure crisis housing, long term housing, and other community partners.
